Pleatco PWW50L Replacement Cartridge for Waterway Teleweir 50-Square-Foot Filter, 1 Cartridge

I used this in a Four Winds Cabo II spa. It does what it was designed to do and does not break down prematurely. Understand these are supposed to be replaced periodically, such as annually. Buy in set of two so that you can maintain them without putting your equipment out of service. I recommend the Blaster 1000 to make cleaning these as automated as possible.

This fit perfectly in my Master Spas HL8 Model 1180 Healthy Living Series with the 50sq ft Teleweir Filter System. It replaced the two piece OEM style filter setup and works much better.

At half the price of OEM, I love these filters. Tub stays clean. I buy these in pairs so I always have a clean one ready to go in while I soak the other. I get about a year out of the pair before I replace. I could push it longer. They're not falling apart or anything. I just like knowing I have a clean filter at all times.

The filter appears to be made well and replaces my original one, but was more expensive than others. I hope it lasts a long time.

Love this filter. I deducted one star because the base doesn’t screw in well, you have to play with it. And teeth at the bottom, which don’t seem to have a real purpose to start with, get worn down, making it tricky to put back in. Since it needs to be sprayed clean every week that’s not fun, but it’s otherwise a really good quality filter that I’ll probably buy again.

We use to get our hot tub filter PC-0172 from the pool store for $45+tax. I found this filter PWW50L for half the price and fits perfectly! For this price I plan to buy a new one every year, instead of wasting money & time buying the filter cleaning chemicals and tools. Much easier to just replace and go!

I change the filter in my small pool every three months. These work great. Well-made and sturdy. Easy to insert and remove. I am not sure why you have sheerness and warmth as attributes to rate. This is a pool filter.

This is exactly the same filter sent to me by Endless Pool for my pool installed in August 2015 (they send one free filter a month or two after your install). It is slightly shorter than the one that came with the pool (no markings on that filter), but because Endless Pool sent it to me, I am calling it an OEM filter. Excellent price!

In terms of filtration, this seems to work well. It appears to trap more than my previous filter. This also seems easier to clean.I would have rated this 5 stars if it didn’t sit crooked when installed. It now impedes the up down movement of my skimmer. Not enough to stop it entirely but, it’s doesn’t move freely now.
