Purchased these fast loaders with the intention of making my muzzleloader easier to load. These fast loaders are made of quality material, are very durable, make reloading a quick, easy, organized task, and work very well. They can be pre-filled before going into the field and will keep powder or pellets dry. They are small, light weight, and hold everything needed to reload your muzzleloader in the field or on the shooting/target range. A very good product.

Works well

Best way I’ve found to keep reloads for the muzzleloaders, I don’t like the preformed pellets. (That, and I use real black powder and not “black powder substitutes“ like Pyrodex or 777; Real BP is less corrosive then Pyrodex, less toxic, much more shelf-stable, and costs about the same if you can find local sources. I have a blasting company near me in the northeast that I can buy BP brands like Swiss and Goex from for $20-$25/lb. Just a helpful tidbit for any other muzzleloaders out there trying to find the ultimate powder.)

I have used this through a full, wet, whitetail hunting season without any problems. I kept several ready loads in my backpack and none of these cases ever opened up or allowed any moisture in, even when the pack was soaked through!

Using this as a pre-hunting tool is a great way to travel with your ammunition as well as powder. Hands free and, once you get the hang of loading and applying , it’s pretty fast. Like I always say, “ Keep your Axe Sharp and your Powder dry.”

Easy to use and great for hauling around some extra loads

Easy way to carry a few reloads ready to go, but:Lids don't really snap shut that tight, depending how you carry it there is a chance of one or both opening on you. Carry it with the powder side down, and risk spilling it all out if the lid opens (happened when I put one in my front pocket for the walk back to the truck). Carry it with the ball side down to prevent spilling the powder, and risk losing the ball. If it were in a pocket you would be ok, but if that ball could hit the ground, good luck.The little tabs on the lids are meant to carry your caps, it appears one is for #11 and the other for musket size. Seems like a good idea at first for versatility but in reality I would rather carry two of whichever size I use, one to reload and one spare. Also, the musket caps want to get snagged and pulled out easily because their wings are exposed.I am getting myself a separate capper to get around this issue.

Fast delivery and exactly as I wanted .Don't plan to use the clip on the side but will fit in my satchel very nice. Holds powder and bullet nicely and keeps them protected from the weather.
