Building a board game
I bought this as a gift for a friend who has been designing a strategy board game thay is played on a hex grid. He thought it was awesome and has been using it to design and compare terrain layouts. The two pages together are slightly smaller than the full board he had in mind, but it wasn't too much of a hindrance. Also, the first two pages were cut incorrectly in manufacturing and made the bottom quarter of those pages a little hard to use, but other than that the book has great quality!

Great notebook.
Got this for DnD map making. Large area maps. Pretty good product.

Also great for D&D!
Great graph paper to plan for hex based battle mats!

Overall it's pretty good quality
There are several comments related to using this as maps for DnD. None of which talk about the quality of the paper, its pretty durable graph paper. Using marker pens, it doesn't bleed through unless you just hold it in place for 10 seconds (but that should be obvious). DM's, if you're looking for map making material definitely check out at least 1 book.

One inch corner to corner, not side to side
It's a great value an probably good for science things, but not for DnD skirmishes. It is great for a DM to doodle overland maps, but it doesn't work with 1" miniatures. The hexes fit inside a 1" circle, not the other way around.

Pad of Hexagonally printed sheets
Really useful A4-ish sheets overprinted with hexagons. I use the pages for mapping my wargames campaign and it is ideal for that purpose - no more drawing or printing your own hexagonal charts!A great buy which I shall repeat several times!
