KAL Liquid Cal-MAG +, 16 OZ

My first Amazon review! But I love this stuff. My midwife had me take it while pregnant. If I missed it, I'd get terrible leg cramps at night and had trouble sleeping. I still take it every night! Midwife also instructed me to give 1 tsp to my baby each time he's fussy because of teething. I gave him 3-4 tsp the first 24 hours, maybe 1 tsp the next day, and now none at all because he's back to his regular self! Maybe I'll give it once a week to keep his levels up. It did give him reeeaaallly loose stools but it was worth it. Great stuff! Raspberry is the best flavor--tried them all.

My sister gave me this stuff and I was 30 weeks pregnant with my first child and had terrible back pain!! Like bad and within 20 minutes of taking it. My pain was gone. No joke. I love it

I have a hard time swallowing the pasty stuff, I do like the pills better even if they are big. Swallow the pill and be done. The liquid, even if they add fruit to it, is still gross, harder to swallow than the pill.

Life saver during pregnancy! Kept leg cramps away completely, kept me regular, and also helped me sleep as I took it at bedtime. Great product.

Necessary product for old age pre-osteoporosis. Best on the market. Great to be able to get it online.

Ended up with a big ball of goo at the bottom of the bottle. Was not able to break that down so essentially couldn't use all of the product.
