I've been using it for a week and have noticed a little difference. I'm pretty optimistic about this product. It is very cold at first but then you get used to it after a few minutes. Way cheaper than going to a spa for their cool sculpting.

Actually works! I lost 10 lb in 2 months plus it folds up quite nicely to fit in the freezer!

Not for me

one of the ice packs was missing and as i am overseas, seller promptly provided a refund and i repurchased as shipping just one ice pack was problematic. wearing the belt is uncomfortably cold and sometimes a bit painful but i should have measured and took pics cause, after using the belt for a month or so, i've started loosing the slight spare tire that i've never been able to lose even when i was in the best shape of life and can see the faint outline of my abs. looking forward to see how this work in the long term!

I liked that I was able to adjust the fit of the waist trimmer. I’m 5’4 and weigh 180 and I ordered a medium and it fit fine. The lumbar support is great and I enjoyed the back support. The reason for 4 stars is the waist trimmer caused bruising. I had scratches on my back and sides that I’m still trying to heal. If you purchase, wear on top of a shirt to prevent brushing.

I don't think this works

I was nervous this would be too uncomfortable to bear, but it's not! Takes a second to get used to, but then it's fine! I do need to tighten it about mid-wear. I'm so excited to make more progress!
