Does what it is supposed to do…
If you’re looking for a band for stretching, this one works.

Chart didn't work
I went by the chart to determine size/quantity of the bands I would need. I was unable to complete 1 pull up without assistance and I weigh 150lbs. One of these blue bands was unfortunately not enough assistance. I bought a second and the combo of both together is great for me and where I'm at in my strength.

Great Overall Product
I recently injured my shoulder, which is what caused me to buy this product for rehabilitation. This resistance band isn’t too strong or rigid for shoulder mobility exercises! It also isn’t too think making it difficult to hold! All around a great product.
