My old valves were individual and widely spaced, so my installation required moving some things around, but if the holes in your surround are already close enough together that this unit will cover them, then the install couldn't be much simpler. It looks nice and I was very surprised by the quality feel. The valves operate smoothly and temperature control is good. Pressure from the various fixtures was quite good. There were no restrictors that I could find, so this will pretty much just depend on the pressure in your home. It is certainly not "low flow", which is great as long as you're not trying to save the world. I went through and tightened everything up prior to install. I didn't find anything terribly loose, but you really shouldn't trust the factory assembly quality on anything these days.

Pur shower piece is great fir the money. Tbe pressure is good. Is easy to use. Quality is durable. There's no noise while in use. The light relaxes while showering. Only complain the jets pressure is not so strong.

The media could not be loaded.  The quality is OK for the price but it's nothing to write home about (the stainless is very thin, the whole thing is super light and the handles or knobs are all plastic, not sure how long this will last... we will see but for the price you cannot ask too much). It is a good alternative to the very expensive one offered and it look super nice. It is a little short if you put it over a bath, especially if you have a 6'.1" husband! As for the installation, we had to remove tiles (not an easy task, if you are not planning to change all tiles on the wall!) and we had to fix the plumbing "connector pipes" , once you have all the plumbing transformed and the wall ready ( we installed a decorative stainless back to the shower to give it a better look because it is a little short. Installing the Shower panel by itself was pretty easy.The Shower works very well and the water jets are pretty strong too, it is easy to adjust the temperature and you can select from the different jet mode, only one works at a time and it offers you the possibility to take a very nice and relaxing shower. It is a very affordable product and so far it works pretty good! (it was installed 2 days ago, we will see how well it still is in a few months!).

Great shower and good water pressure unfortunately the quality is bad, only last 10 months before we had problem with it and no warranty support.Originally we received a slightly defective unit, misalignment on the selectors. We asked for return or replacement but the customer service conviced us to keep it with discount. After only 10 months of use the main handle (on, off, hot and cold selector) broke. This makes it quite hard to use since it is quite heavy to pull and push the lever without the handle. The broken part is kinda sharp as well. Asked customer service for support since it is supposed to be under warranty, first they offering some trivial discount for the issue, next they asked us to find the part in the local hardware store and will reimburse us for the part. Finally they were offering to ship replacement part from China but we need to pay $55 shipping which cost almost half brand new unit shipped with Prime from Amazon. After a week back and forth with customer support with no solution we decided to buy a brand new shower panel and scrap this.We had shower panel before and know shower panel is not that durable but at least our first panel last more than 4 years before leaking, this unit last less than year. In a hindsight we should not install it and save the headache and handyman cost of installing this unit.

Purchased this unit to update the master bath. Couldn’t be happier. Based on other reviews we checked our connections with the connections of this unit and found we had to purchase new connectors for our side to match up with the connections with this unit. That being said the rest of the install was easy. We had it up and running in a matter of hours. Had the best shower the following Morning. Love, love, loved it. Hope it holds up, but I’ll keep you posted if it doesn’t!

1/3 the price of comparable fixtures from big-box stores.

first off the item came damaged with no instruction. the design has its flaws that can work around. the hoses supply for the water inlet are. too short, is been said more than once.on the plus side , it has good water pressure I just had to modify the lower bracket to install as it wont clear the water supply connection.I know it wont last much but I need one asap until I figure out the next replacement.... if you a have a low budget this will work. don't expect much.... you have been warned more than once.one thing I can say is that it has an awesome pressure.

Le panneau de douche est arrivé dans une bonne condition sauf pour les vis et écrous qui était éparpillé partout dans la boîte. Les lumières du haut ne marchent pas mais le panneau de la température et le temps fonctionne bien. J'ai bien connecté les fils rouge et noir ensemble.
