4th OCO Bullet camera and not happy
Like everyone, I need solid/dependable Wi-Fi connectivity with my security cameras. I have 3 older model OCO Pro Bullet cameras that I’ve installed the past 2-3 years and after having them constantly drop offline I just hardwired them with long Ethernet cables. I wanted an additional security camera set up and was happy to see these newer OCO Pro Bullet cameras discounted to roughly half the cost of my older OCO cameras. Taking a chance on its newer technology, I was not pleased to have the new camera drop offline 6 times in the first 24hours of operation. Setup was the same, took over an hour for the camera to finally connect to my router but picture quality was much nicer than previous HD models. I was surprised this model’s microphone actually worked whereas the other 3 older cameras claimed to have sound pickup, they never did and two of the cameras never had good color resolution after initial setup. This new camera is no more than 20’ from the Wi-Fi router but it’s frustrating not being able to trust it to do it’s job.I’m thinking I’ll either have to buy an Ethernet switch and additional cabling to consider this new OCO camera dependable or just scrap them all completely and go with another brand like Arlo. I’m already over $600 into this OCO brand plus I’m paying $200 per year for its lowest cloud recording plan. It’s frustrating getting notification your security camera just went offline and rarely am I able to restart it remotely. Maybe I just need to break down and installed a complete wired system with a hard drive but I really need to have access to cloud recording as well as motion notification. So beware, these OCO cameras are not 100% reliable on Wi-Fi.

This should be the best security camera which most home owners want
This is the third camera which I used. I think it should be the best one which I used and I could find. The reasons are listed below:1) Night vision is very good. I ever returned previous two cameras because their night visions are not good.2) It uses adaptor not batteries which save a lot of money.3) It can use SD-card, and you can review your local recordings through the manufacture's cloud everywhere using PC browser and cell phone app. So, you don't have to pay month fee for cloud saving. In addition, 10-seconds previews stored in the cloud for the past 5 days4) Excellent customer services. I sent an email and got a response very quickly.

Works perfect
This camera works great. It’s important to know that a subscription is necessary if you want to have the ability to look at your footage. Each camera will cost about $100 a year for this option.

Only works with WIFI, SD card unreadable
How frustrating, I just want a simple security camera that records video to flash SD, so I have proof of a break-in. Always with the "CLOUD STORAGE". Support told me it would record to flash without Internet service needed, as this is at a rental site and I don't have an internet service I'm paying for there to link up to to use- a situation I think would be pretty common. It records video to SD, but its encrypted! And you can't view the video without getting on the blinging Internet.I don't want the manufacturer, CIA and whatever other hacker who pleases peering through my camera through the 'Net whenever they have the whim, just want it for my own security use.And god knows I don't want ALEXA's surveillance and bugging going on.Very difficult to find simple flash recording cameras for sale anywhere anymore. I'll keep searching.

Very complicated and no instructions whatsoever luckily customer support is excellent (warning)
I can;t get the motion detection to stop setting off when a bug flies by ant night or trees sway in the breeze off in the distance during the dayThere are no instruction, none, nada. You have to contact customer support for any question. That said customer support by email is very prompt and clear instructions but an good manual and it would be much easierWhen you set up the camera you need to access it by it's IP address ( that is not indicated anywhere.) Customer service will ask you to set up a static IP address or let tme in wiht team viewer (warning security issues) if you do that be sure to set it back to dynamic after to lock them out of your camera. The IP access asks you to download a plug-in for your browser (WARNING it is an unsecured plug-in and opens your computer to hacking) I usually don't worry about any of this but OCO is a Russian company. The IP wants you to an antique browser like MS explorer like who has that ??

IFTTT interface doesn’t work.
Good product. However, the IFTTT interface does not work. I put a ticket in with OCo, but they have yet to provide a fix.
