Q: how do you remove the nose spacer to put on a smaller one? I can't seem to do that.

Thanks for your question. As shown in the video, goggles are equipped with 3 sizes(S/M/L) of interchangeable nosepieces to provide you with extremely customized fits that never leave a mark on your face.

China, where else would they be from.

Q: Can you switch out the strap with a bungie type strap?

You would have to cut the current straps to replace them

Q: Do these contain any Neoprene?

No Neoprene. I believe it is all Silicon & plastic maybe some rubber
