I purchased 4 letters to spell my grandsons name and the number 1 for his drive-by 1st birthday celebration. I took the balloons to a local store to fill with helium and 2 of the 4 letters had so many areas around the balloon that were not sealed that the balloons would not stay inflated. The store tried to tape the holes to prevent the helium from leaking out, but that didn’t work. This was very disappointing and a waste of money! I paid $6.99 for EACH balloon and another $6.99 for EACH balloon to be filled with helium. All that money and we couldn’t use any of the letter balloons.The number one balloon was from a different company. It was a much nicer balloon and good quality.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and was very apologetic. The seller reimbursed me for all four of the balloons I purchased and paid half of what I paid for the helium. The seller responded quickly to my emails and processed the credit right away. The customer service from this seller was awesome. Based on the customer service, I would give this seller another try.

DO NOT buy these balloons. I never ever write reviews but due to how upset I am I had to warn other customers. I bought four balloons from this seller I spent a ton of money on them almost 50 dollars!! Then I went to get them filled with helium another 38 dollars!! At this point I have invested $88 dollars and for what to be sitting here crying over these useless balloons. I get home and realize the A was not floating and we discovered holes in it!!!!! I am so beyond upset the balloons were for my college graduation party. Now due to not having the A I can’t use any of these balloons. My decorations are ruined and the party is tomorrow morning I am out of options and now my party theme is ruined. DO NOT BUY these balloons had many other options to buy balloons else where and I deeply regret buying from this seller. I wanted to like the balloons so much and I did like the metallic color but I can’t use balloons that don’t float. We tried to patch it and that was useless also. I just spent four years in college and wanted to celebrate with my friends and family and enjoy the day. Now all I can think about is these balloons. BALLOONS on my graduation day are you kidding me. Spare yourself the trouble and heartache.

I bought this after our retail store was unable to acquire these from any of our suppliers in a timely manner. I knew they might not be the best quality but as a balloon professional I Know all the rules , and do's and dont's and hoped for the best. It blew up with ease and was doing fine until after a while of sitting in the balloon corral in a temp controlled room, it just bust at the seam, (it was not overfilled) This happened to 2 of the 4 I ordered for the order. Leaving me in a bind, Lets hope it doesn't happen to the other 4 I bought as well for a second order.

I ordered all the letters to my husband’s name and this letter has a (hole) in it. The would not stay in. All the other letters were ok.

If you're going to use these gallons but 3 of each. Some had holes and some just wouldn't stay inflated. I had to refund my guests and of course the surprised was spoiled.

Waste of money! I inflated it for an event took it outside and it popped!!!! I noticed when I inflated the balloon it was kinda see through which meant thin cheap material and boom popped!!! So disappointed messed up the event I had to refund client because I couldn’t deliver their balloons.

I ordered two of these and one was great. The other was a customer return of a different letter, still had their ribbon on it and was torn. Since I needed two, it was less that a great experience.

Helium leaked only a hours after filling. Luckily pictures were already taken. I bought two balloons and only one resulted this way. The other one was fine.

Burst while blowing up ... not sure if it was me or the balloon as the other number i bought worked out fine.

It’s so lovely and well made .. have it for my son 3rd birthday .. very cute

I use this for my sons 5th birthday party and it stayed up for over a week after the party. It is more than worth the money.

Big and long lasting balloon
