From the photo on the ad I didn’t expect it to be this largeThe blade is about 18mm wide and about 2mm thick at the spineThe blade is about 55mm from handle to tipAnd the handle is about 140mm longThe blade arrived not very sharpAnd the finish could have been better, smoother but both sharpening and finishing will not be too much workAgain be aware that this is a big knife!G2

Bought a super cheap carving knife to start out, then stepped up to this one. It’s a lot nicer than the cheap one

Although It is well constructed(built to last) the blade came dull and needs sharpening before being able to use which is common with several manufacturers. Grip feels a bit narrow to me, but that comes down to personal preference

over 40 years of wood carving and Pfeil and Woodcraft have made the work more enjoyable.

It came dull and the wood handles are not finished well. For this price the least they can do is make sure there are no splinters. It's a good shape and will probably work well after I touch it up.

Seems to be a well priced, well balanced tool.

Fits the hand well

First of all this knife came SHARP!!. I roughed out small bird, and it was smooth carving all the way. Nice handle that fit my hand well.Worth the money spent.
