GE Reveal LED Light Bulb, 60 Watt Eqv, A19 Standard Bulbs (4 Pack)

GE Reveal LED Bulbs are supposed to last 5 years only lasted three months.

These are, contrary to the other commenter, LED bulbs. They are the "filament" type led, like the edison type bulbs. You can just make out the insides by looking through the glass closest to the base, which is not frosted. 8w use also could only be possible with a LED bulb.I haven't found them to run hot even after many continuous hours. And I've been checking.That being said, they put out a nice, accurate light. I will of course update as reliably is shown (or not)

I was surprised to find out that these bulbs put off the warm yellow light. I ordered these for the cold white light. From now on I'll just pick up my bulbs at walmart so I know what I'm getting.

Constant flickering after a couple of months in multiple light bulbs.

These claim to be LED, but they suspiciously seem to lack the power supply circuitry that you see in most LED bulbs. In fact, they look exactly like standard incandescent bulbs.This seems appropriate since they last about as long as standard incandescent bulbs as well. Installed eight (8) of these in my basement three months ago. Seven (7) of the eight have already burned out.LED? You tell me. I didn't crack the glass to see what's inside or measure them with a power meter, but they get MASSIVELY hot, they look just like incandescent bulbs, and they burn out in a couple of months.I smell a scam from GE.

Ask others have stated, these bulbs flicker incessantly. I've replaced them three times, always with the same results.

Half the box started flickering after 6 months.
