I'm in my late sixties and medications make my hands shake. I was working on my computer to insert an M.2 drive in my computer. The screw to hold the drive in place is very tiny. No way I could hold the screw and get it to go in with my clumsy finger and trembling hands. Now you think it would be easy to find a small magnetized screwdriver for the task. I looked at all the local computer stores, and online, nada! But this little gadget did the trick. Magnetizes and demagnetizes as needed. Get it for your tool box, keep it handy and when you need to reach an awkward place with your screwdriver. This thing does the trick.

I used this product some years ago in my work taking computers apart and putting them back together again. Frequently whichever screwdriver I picked-up was not magnetized and it was a great nusance. This product saved the day, or maybe more accurately my sanity. It is very useful picking up screws and holding them in place until you can get them started with one hand. Of course it won't work with brass, but that's generally not a material that we need to magnetize anyway.

What a simple easy way to install screws in a tight space. Magnetize your screw driver and you don't have to worry about the screw falling off. And your impact driver bits too. On a ladder working as safe as possible and you drop the screw. Where did it go? Do I have another screw up here with me? It helps keep the screw on the bit while installing your projects. I'm keeping one and gifting the other 2.

Since the price was good, I ordered three with two as gifts. Upon arrival, I quickly tried to magnetize a couple of screwdrivers and drill bits. WOW!! It couldn't be easier. I just ran the items through the magnetize hole a few times and it worked. Every toolbox should have one.

Works too easy not to have at least one of these! I bought a 3 pack and gave one to my friend and have one in my tool box and one next to my workbench on the basement. I've magnetized a couple of screwdrivers to work on computers and they worked great! Sometimes it doesn't take big or expensive toys to make an old man happy! I'm happy!

I already owned one, and had a cabinet maker doing a job for me, and he was have a problems getting a screw into an awkward place. Screw kept falling off of tip. I let him use the one I had, he like it and wanted to know where he could get one, so I bought a 3 pak, 1 more for me, and two for him.

I bought these for a project I am working on and was tired of trying to fish some of my screws and bolts. With this I was able to magnetize not only the screw drivers but my hex keys wrenches, box wrenches and sockets, making my project a little bit less stressful. I only needed one, but at the price for 3 it was a no brainer. Now I can have one in the car one at work and one at home in case I need to use them.

Handy to have in the tool box. Does exactly what it is designed to do.

The magnetizer works perfectly, but the demagnetizer didn't do a thing to remove the magnetism that was added.
