Remote Control Car, 1/18 Scale Hith-Speed RC Cars, Fast 35+ KMH 4WD Off-Road Remote Control Trucks with LED Light, All Terrain RC Cars, Great RC Trucks for Adults Kids

I bought this truck for my kids (ages 7 & 9) and I to use together outside in our hilly backyard. Seller was extremely quick with delivery (it showed up a day before Prime had promised).We've only had the truck a few days, but we like it overall. Here's my initial thoughts:- The build quality is decent and this little truck has no problem driving in grass, dirt,up hill, etc. If the grass/weeds get too thick or tall, it will slow down, but continues to push through. Ground clearance is OK (this is 1/18 scale after all) - The front bumper height will be the limiting factor for anything you want to try and climb.- I especially like that you can limit the speed as needed on the remote control - This has been helpful for my kids as this truck is slightly faster than they are used to.- Using this truck exclusively on low-to-medium height grass, we get around 15 minutes run-time before the battery needs charging, which is not bad. While battery life is decent, I'm trying to see if I can find a larger capacity battery to allow for even longer play times. Note that the battery appears to use tamiya connectors.- The motor does get a little hot (especially running full-throttle on grass for 10 minutes), but it does come with a heat-sink, which should help.- Remote control is nice that it comes with adjustments for steering sensitivity, speed control, control reversal, etc., which is usually not found in a car/truck at this price point. However, the control does feel overall a little junky/plastic compared to controllers you might find in higher-end or hobby cars. The throttle response is fairly linear, but does not appear to have much gradation between on and off states. However, a better controller might likely cost more than this entire package of truck + controller.- My kids did lightly hit a few obstacles and I can report no damage so far. A few flips, etc. Like most RCs, I'm assuming something could break if you hit something solid head-on at top-speed.- The parts also appear to readily available and similar to other px9300 vehicles. Not sure if they are all available here on Amazon, but most appear to be available on other websites that ship from China. Not sure how long delivery would take.Overall, this truck seems to be a nice bridge between RC toys and hobby-grade RC. The kids and I are having fun playing with it outdoors. The motor is torquey and accelerates well. While relatively quick, it's not so super fast as to be breaking parts constantly. We'll have to see how it holds up long-term, but am fairly optimistic based on our initial outings.

This was a random purchase for a child I knew but didn't know if that makes sense (with his mother's permission). He loved it and it's fast. I only saw it in operation for 30 minutes before they left but he was delighted. Florida resident, it went through Saint Augustine grass (uncut about 5 inches), went through sand and struggled with mud (would not recommend mud and mentioned that to them after the fact) but it managed to get through. I'm sure the mud cleanup wasn't fun. Whatever, it worked.

My son loved it at first but it only lasted one use... I charged the batteries earlier and he wanted to play with it, it will only went forward for about a second until it stops and lights started to flash I checked all connections and disconnected the battery and reconnected now it won't turn on.

Super fast!! They go fast and jump and we love the lights.Overall, I ordered through Amazon and it was delivered promptly and in tact.

Do not play with these cars in wet grass. One of the cars started smoking. Unsure yet the extent of the damage. Battery was immediately disconnected. No visual damage initially, but there might be, upon closer inspection. I left it to dry out.Update: upon more inspection, I should of saved my money

The media could not be loaded.  It’s an awesome car. VERY FAST. If your kid is pretty decent at controlling cars give a go. Buy an extra battery.

This RC truck did not last 4 weeks! My son is 11 years old and loves RC. He was very excited to receive it after waiting past the expected arrival date. He drove it in the driveway and yard and the blue motor stopped working altogether.We are very disappointed as we had selected a more expensive one to try. Not worth the $60!

Super fast easy for my 7 year old to maneuver himself. Good quality.
