Sturdy and eco friendly.
Eco friendly cutlery? Yes please! By the way, they will not snap or break at the first bit of pressure. Give these a try instead of plastic for your next party.

NOT backyard compostable. Very uncommon special facility only. Otherwise good product
- Made in China- Heat resistant up to 185F. The highest I've seen is 225F so these aren't bad- NOT backyard compostable. These can only be composted in a special facility and there are less than a dozen of those in the US.- Not full size utensils but much bigger than most cheap ones- They break at about 45 degree bend. Clean straight break, do not shatterKnife:- Serration is very good for non-metal. Not real sharp, but respectable. Will handle most things just fine- Has a good spine, wider, going full length. Makes it stronger and easier to useFork:- Good tines - well-separated, plenty long, pointy but not too sharpSpoon:- A very respectable size bowl. Very close to real teaspoon size if not equalSome do have remaining little bumps at the ends from mold frames. I didn't find any that were sharp, but they're a little unsightly. in this case, they weren't bad or prevalent enough that I felt the need to remove a star. They're slightly off-white in appearance. Perfectly respectable. With very minimal care these could be re-used many times. That's especially useful if you don't have one of the specialize recycle facilities near you, which will be about 90% of those who buy this.Another good thing is that even if some gets left in regular garbage, corn starch products will not leach toxins into the ground like plastics can.I would give these 5 stars if the seller had been fully honest about composting here on the listing.Don't forget to use the Smile.Amazon.com address - It's an Amazon program where many everyday things you buy will generate a small donation from Amazon to the charity of your choice.
