I have purchased Treft puzzles previously and have never been disappointed. If you enjoy challenging puzzles this would be a good one for you.

1 piece missing.. but fun
Beautiful puzzle. Had a fun time completing, although with a newborn it took longer than expected. Upon finally finishing, we noticed 1 piece missing. It went from a joyous moment to being utterly disappointed, actually I was pissed... 1 piece. But I still enjoyed my time completing it.

Perfect Amazon Package, Damaged Puzzle Box?
I was so excited to receive this puzzle, since I have been to Toledo and loved it. I hadn't opened the box it had come in for about a week or two (which was PERFECTLY normal) and then I opened it to see this. The puzzle box has SO much damage on it. I don't know how that box was handled in the amazon factory or in the process getting to the factory, but the fact that I was sent this isn't acceptable.

Difficulty Level - High
We put together a LOT of puzzles, and our go-to brand is Ravenburger. As we have been to Toledo, Spain, we wanted to try out this one, realizing it would not be an easy one. The pieces are sturdy enough; the only problem is that some pieces fit and seem to match up in different areas, making it extremely difficult to put together - not like Ravenburger puzzles - you know a piece fits and it is always where it belongs; not so with this brand. Struggling to put it together. Would not recommend it.

Blurred, Dark & Lacking Definition.
The picture shown above is 100% better than the picture on my Trefl box, perhaps the picture has been improved. The jigsaw has been hugely disappointing with lots of black/dark green pieces with no definition. The buildings look subdued and with no definition has not been enjoyable to do. Having over 600 jigsaws this is very poor and will not be kept. I won't be giving it to charity as it's so bad. Trefl have ignored all my attempts to contact them. One for the bin
