Q: Im 6'02" im 266lbs would this vest fit me or should i look into the yakeda vest?

It should. I'm 6'2" and I weigh around 200, and mine has plenty of room for expansion. But then it depends on weight distribution.

Q: Is the shotgun shell holder velcro? Can i velcro it of so i can add a velcro name plate instead?

There are Velcro patches all over. A big one where the pistol holster is. You can attached a shell holder there. The name plate would probably work as well.
