EXTREMELY effective blaster, better than the usual flatter models- When I looked at the photo of this one, I was skeptical because it's more recurved than most, way different than the original Weider models of the '80s, which I loved.When I tried this one, I was pleasantly shocked: It's tighter recurves hold the arms more rigidly in place, and it's strong, comfortable and just all-around great.I highly recommend this Blaster, Thank you, WAISFIT!

I wanted an arm blaster because I got sick and tired waiting for people who won't get off the preacher curl due to wasting time texting on their phones. Even though I bought this arm blaster based on the graffic design and price alone, I'm glad I did. I was impressed with its compact size when unboxing, making this equipment easy to throw in my gym bag. Although I bought this for cable bicep curls it's even better for cable tricep push-downs. No more waiting to use preacher stands, besides who needs to sit at the gym anyway.

This is a nice product. It is a good way to switch up preacher curls and allow further range of motion. It is a little wider than I would like as a 5 foot 8 person with a weight of 170s to 180s. I can get some great burn doing hammers or especially wide curls. It's not a game changer but is a great tool to mix up some arm workouts especially with some lighter weights and full, slow reps.

This biceps isolator is more comfortable than most I've used. The arm rests are close enough to the body that it keeps you at the right angle without putting pressure on your elbows.

Work great give you the resultó that you really want . Bust that harms out.

肘が固定されるので上腕二頭筋にダイレクトに効きます。ハンマーカール、ダンベルカールの必需品です。大きくで重いので持ち運びには不便で、使用中は目立つので少し恥ずかしいかも。これを使用すると使用しない時と比較して5ポンドくらい軽くても負荷が強く掛かります。それだけ肘を固定しなければ負荷が逃げていることが実感できます。ゴツくてかさばり重いものですが、それくらいでないと固定する効果が薄いのかもしれません。使って損のない製品だと思います。
