Lamin-xOne 6" x 12" Universal Film Covers (Color : Clear)

Disappointed. This film is paper thin! I was expecting it to be as thick as the headlight protection film.Update: I decided to go ahead and install the film on my F800GSA Motorcycle headlight. It does come with a very nice install kit. Detailed instructions, a supper sharp adjustable utility knife a squeegee and a small spray bottle. Following the instructions the install was straight forward and only took me 15 minuets. I did remove my headlight assembly so I could work inside at a table. The film feels very strong and puncture proof. I'm changing my rating up to a full 5 stars because I was wrong with my first impression.

I've purchased several types of protective film.Lamin-x is the best by far.

Seems a bit thicker than some of the other precut film for foglights. Works GREAT. Keeps my glass fog lights protected from cracks and breaking from rocks on the road. Easier and less costly to replace this film, if needed, than foglights.

I don't have a particularly large headlight, but this product only covered about two-thirds of the surface (see picture). I only needed it to cover a crack to prevent water from seeping in, but if you are purchasing this product as a way to protect your headlight, find a larger film size. The application was easy and I will update this review after a few months of use.

Used this to make some clear paint protection for the side covers on my motorcycle where the wife’s heel sometimes rubs. Great solution! Beefy film, hard to damage. I’ve used other Lamin-X stuff on headlights and tail lights, so this was a no-brainer.

This stuff is great! Protects my car's clear coat from foot prints from my roof rack. The only complaint is that after time, the edges come up and sand sticks to the underside. I peeled off my first application to replace, and was happy to see that it still did a good job protecting the clear coat.

This stuff is great. Nice and thick and sticks well. I used it on my motorcycle to stop the paint being scratched by the keys. Unlimited uses!
