Lemons are more expensive than apples - I was discussing this with my aunt and she informed me to replace lemons with Tatri - as Citric acid is called in the local parlance - so I took her advice and ordered this - it was the best thing to do - now we just mix a small amount in water and then drizzle it over salad [ use it like mixing sugar in water ] the more you add the sourer it gets - start with a small quantity and then increase as per your taste. It's easier to store and has a very long shelf-life as compared to lemons.This brand is trust-worthy, I also use their yeast for making bread.

Good quality product. I use it for making paneer at home. Half table spoon is more than enough for 1L milk, just make sure to dissolve in few spoons of water first.

I am currently using this as a water softener. Till now not been tried for edible purpose. Also. made a rose essence but it smells like synthetic.

Price could have been reduced.

Food grade citric acid pure. Wonderful for cleaning purpose especially for scale removal. Tried with utensils, buckets and washroom floor.I have also used it for dishwasher cleaning as well.It's simply superb. I haven't tried for any food based application hence no comments on that front

took hardwater stains off from My Motorbike with this item 😁 good product , now i can say its pure Tatri ..

I use this to prepare homemade cola syrup. Addition of this gives a balanced flavour to overall drink
