Pilot Juice Ballpoint Pens 24 Color Set 0.38mm

These are really nice pens. I prefer to use the Xtra fine point pens. I think they make my writing look nicer than the .7 or .8 pens. I've been using the Pilot v5 pens for over 20 years and these are the only pens I use. I buy the purple ink ones by the dozen. These .3's have great potential but not all of them work! 5 of them skip and tear the paper. The rest are a pleasure to write with! Pilot needs to sell these like the v5's and 7's, a single pen or by the dozen. I'd be happy to purchase them like that, as I know others would also.If Pilot can fix the skip/scratch issue these would be perfect. But I don't believe that they could replace my v5's, but I'm up for the challenge if they'd start selling them 1 to a pk.

Great pens but it took me an hour to remove the ugly barcode stickers and residue from each pen. Major design flaw. Why label each individual pen? So aesthetically displeasing.

This is the first Amazon review I've written. Ever. I've had this pack of pens for over a year now, and I've been using this brand since the middle of high school (I'm about to graduate from college). The variety, sleekness, and precision makes this pen consistently the winner among the approximately 100 pen types I've used. It doesn't smear at all when used on regular paper, and takes about two seconds to dry on smoother paper like cardstock.PROS- precision: 0.38 has spoiled me, every size is too big now.- color variety: monochromatic spreads and notes are beautiful, and I always want to use the new/special colors that weren't in the original pack.- size: I have a pencil pouch of average size and almost every pen fits inside of it with room for page markers and bigger pens.- longevity: I'm still using some of the original pens from high school.CONS- some of the colors are too light to use for notes (yellow, light blue, apricot, apple green, a couple of others).- refills are not (easily) available in USA, I can't seem to find any refills for colors other than black. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but I'm trying to be more environmentally conscious and I feel wasteful throwing out the pens. (Worth noting that I don't have to throw them out very often.)TL;DR: if you are a stationery fan or on the fence about buying these, DO IT! You will not regret it. Best pens ever.

I'm obsessed with pens in general. I own drawers and boxes full of pens. I've tried almost every pen on the market. Pilot Juice pens are pretty much the only ball point type pens I will use. Pilot has another similar line, the G2 pens - I don't like those at all. The Juice pens are way, way better. If you're debating between G2 or Juice, definitely go with Juice.The 0.38mm ones have a really nice crisp line. There's a huge variety of colors. They don't bleed or show through paper. They're inexpensive. But most importantly - they write so smoothly I could cry. They never skip or dry out.One small downside is they don't dry super fast. It takes maybe 15 seconds for the ink to completely dry. It shouldn't be a problem if you're right handed, but if you're a lefty and drag your hand across the paper you might smear the ink a little. There's also 1-2 colors in the set of 24 that are too light, I think. Like the lightest green one is hard to see. Still, these are my holy grail pens and I will probably use them until I die.

The pens came loose inside of an Amazon bubble mailer. I was a bit worried some might be broken, but they seem alright. The pens themselves are just ok - expensive for the rather flimsy plastic, not all pens write smoothly or at all, but the ones that do have vibrant colors. It's tough to find fine or extra fine point pens anywhere, especially in the US, so I'll take what I can get. But... I've had better....

This is one of my favorite brand/style of pen, I previously had the fine point 0.5 set. When I found these 0.38, I was ecstatic. Same amazing quality throughout. I’ll be restocking ink replacement in my school supplies w/ these for sure by the end of the semester, I use them literally all the time now. It’s just matter of time I find the out how much ink-to-writing ratio these have

I wrote a review on the package of one color of these pens and gave it five stars because they are that good: smooth, ink flow good. Nothing negative. But I’m deduction one star from this set because they don’t come packaged as pictures. My set cam all jumbled together in a plastic bag with packaging tape wrapped around it. The pens were fine, but it kept me from ordering another set to give as a gift to a friend I knew would love them as much as I do. Who wants to give a gift packaged that way?

I got these pens just recently, and first impressions: they are very ‘thin’ as in the barrel. Easy to hold and comfortable. But when I went to go do the swatches, I pressed to hard, when I go to write so the pens aren’t as smooth. You need very little pressure with these pens. The colours are fairly light. I would recommend buying a smaller pack if you want to try them, but the pack of 24 pens are worth the money.

I have always heard everyone raving about these pens and I wanted to test them out for myself.... well I did and I am obsessed with them, to say the least, I would definitely recommend these pens but in size 0.5mm as it'd be easier to use.

I had bought a smaller set of the Pilot Juice and for the price and quality I really enjoy them. Buying this set gave me a lot more for the price although I know there will be a few colours that I would not use, overall it is still worth it.

i love these pens! The colours are very pretty and they write very smooth. The only thing is you will have to use them for a while until they write their smoothest. Overall i would rate these pens 4.5 stars just because this set comes with colours that are too pale to see when you use it to write, but for colouring those colours are okayAlso shipping took longer than expected since they came from the other side of the world.
