Love, love, love this book!!
I purchased this book on my Kindle in the hopes of learning more about energy healing and "natural" energy. Frankly I couldn't give two hoots about physics or a bunch of science either. I do have a desire to learn as much as I can about "humans" and their own personal energy fields. I have a lot of books, but this is on my top ten list of must haves. I liked it so much, I actually ordered a hard copy for my library. Silver does not present the "physic" parts in such an over the top, boring classroom professor droning on and on way, that it becomes very easy to understand and continue reading. It's not uncommon knowledge that meditation helps clear the mind, body and soul. I have a difficult time with most of the meditation guides I have previously read. I feel if you're not doing it their way, you're never going to get it or become enlightened, so you're stuck with all that mind garbage. The author gives a basic no strict, condescending way to get you started meditating and learning what to do with your personal energy. I feel as if I'd had a pal over to chat with. Great book and I'd recommend it to anyone wishing to learn more about their own personal energy and how to use it productively in their lives and as a collective.

Good intentions, yet oversimplified.
Silver Ravenwolf means well, she would benefit with a ghost writer. She always has great fanfare, yet she cannot make her work fly. Like a good kite, it needs a long tail. Perhaps she should spend more time on her work. Llewellyn has a habit of aiming for a younger audience. The "Teen Witch" phenomenon has passed. These "witches" are adults now, she would benefit by speaking to them as such. Silver gets a little "preachy" at times. This happens to be one of those times. About a third of way through, I couldnt finish this. Therfore, my review is a little unfair. I periodically purchase her "book of the year".She should take a break, quality not quantity should be her main goal. I understand this is not a goldmine market. Yet to be a good teacher is more important. All witches are important, none are the same! That is the whole point of the western tradition. Quantum physics are a springboard for all magic.

Great book with different meditations
Because of the mixed reviews this book got and because I didn't want to spend $15 on a book I might not like (even though I like Silver Ravenwolf), I bought it used. I got it for $.75 plus shipping cost, so I saved $10 on it.I don't agree with everything this book says, but I absolutely love the different meditations. I love meditation and being able to use my mind, therefore, this book is perfect for me.

Magick meets Quantum Mechanics
I thought I was the only one who has been reading Quantum physics, neurobiology breakthroughs and seeing all kinds of links with Pagan sciences. I am a scientist by profession and hobby and a Neo-Pagan because magic works and modern science is finding all the answers to how/why. Silver Ravenwolf has done a masterful job in this book. She leads you and unfolds it all in stages of awakenings and practices that really make this a joy and an epiphany. Buy this book, you won't regret it. Good for teens and college students too no matter what their background.

Quantum Physics and Magick
I think this may be her best so far. If you find yourself wandering along the edge of physics, metaphysics, and how it all works, this is a book to check out. I think it was Arthur C Clarke who said that a sufficiently advanced technology would appear as magic to those not as advanced. Here's your chance to understand your practices in more depth.

Food for thought
An interesting book and introduction into something we rarely hear about that really does help ones life, IF one is open to a new way of thinking..
