Scor-Pal SP406 Scor-Envi Diagonal and Envelope Template

I bought this Diagonal Envelope Template knowing that the printed measurements were incorrect. I would never create an envelope with any tool without practicing. I use a Martha Steward 12" Scoreboard and it works great. I line up the left (diagonal edge) at the 6" mark and it extends to the 12" mark. With some minor measurement adjustments (even the pasted-over correction is wrong), I make several envelope sizes quickly when I need them . I do recommend this product with the caveat that you must try out the directions to use it. I like that I can make some larger envelope with this tool.

This is a good addition to the scoring board. We'll made, clear directions. Clear precise markings, And I like the light blue color.

It works nicely, and it is useful for keeping the paper at the proper 45 degree angle, but the marking instructions don't quite correspond to the envelopes you get (and what you get, when it does match, is the actual size of the envelope not the size of the card it will hold, so you have to add some space for that).

This is a simple device, but extremely useful when used with the Scor-Pal board (which I find extremely useful).

I've been looking for this for a long time! It was exactly as I thought it would be. I've used it several times and am sure I'll use it many times in the future. I've seen it for double the price in craft stores.

I researched a lot before purchasing. I'm new to the craft so I relied on other reviews and articles. I am satisfied with this product for my intended purpose. Would recommend.

First of all, I love the actual score board. It is a great product. I wanted the envelope template for making smaller envelopes instead of having to pull out my larger envelope maker. This would be useful, HOWEVER, with that being said, I do not like it when a company is sending you something that is defective without telling you before you buy it!! There is a misprint in the printing on the envelope template, so they put a sticker, on the back of the packaging which reads: ("CORRECTION: Card Size 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" - Second score is 2 3/4" and 9 1/4" NOT 9 1/2"). To make matters even worse...the measurements on the Correction Sticker are WRONG!! If you look at the template under the RECTANGLE CARDS section the only measurement for a card size that is close to the card size measurement on the correction sticker is 4 1/2 X 6 1/4" so which measurement is wrong!! To me, this very deceptive selling ethics! I am handicapped and have mobility issues, so it is difficult for me to return items and why should I have to go to the trouble of re-packaging & returning an item that should never have been sold to me? DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, simply because what is represented is not what you get. I appoligize for not sending photo's. I am not very computer savvy & do not know how to upload photo's.

Makes the creation of envelopes a breeze. Delivery from Amazon to New Zealand was in super quick time. Thank you
