This item would be 100% perfect but for a major flaw. The stem, where it inserts into its base, has 2 set screws that are tiny Allen key screws. Those screws are not capable of holding tight. So, even though the base is securely mounted to the bracket that is attached to the vehicle, the stem and therefore the tablet, are not stable. The stem is moving within its base. Because the set screws are failing, it just gets looser and looser by the minute as it jiggles. I tried retightening and even used locktite before writing this review. Still, the set screws are failing

Broke after a few months use

Image shows it mounted in an F250 with full size iPad. It’s alittle too short to reach where I’d like it to be. But my expectations were low for the price so I’m not disappointed. Wobbles a lot when going over bumps but I believe the more expensive brands do too.

I used it for a month and it’s now broken

Very sturdy and great for holding my tablet in my work van.
