1. Charging power was slower than I expected. My 10,000mAH Anker seems to charge my phone more quickly. I tried all output ports.2. Unit would randomly shut off during charging after a minute or so. My 10,000Anker never does this and has been very dependable3. Battery life was not what I expected and seemed to dwindle far more quickly for a 30,000mAH unit.4. Had no issues traveling. Travelers Tip: I recommend placing a sticker on the unit and write “30,000mAH” on it to make it easier/quicker for screening agents to approve the unit. I also write my name or use an address label plus phone # in case it got separated during a screening.

This power bank was awesome for several months, but it just quit, no charging, no lights, no output, nothing.I’ve tried to contact the seller but can’t find any way to do so, therefore I thought I would let folks know that even though it starts well, it don’t last long and I cannot find any way to follow up on the purchase.UPDATE - I have changed my rating, as it turns out the seller contacted me through Amazon after reading my first review.After trying several ways to get the unit charging again to no avail, the seller deemed it a faulty item and sent me a replacement.This unit is working perfectly so far.Kudos to the seller for exceptional customer service!

Purchased on a flash sale when I needed a power bank. Especially for the price - would be extremely happy *IF* a proper power cord was available for it.The two standard USB ports are for charging devices from the power bank only. The USB-C and android type port are for charging devices OR charging the power bank. And both of these cause overheating of the charger and/or power bank if used to charge the power bank.There is another port (an “IP” port) that is solely for charging the power bank. The instructions that come with the power bank clearly state to “Only use the included charger/cord for charging the power bank”. (With the overheating issues, I can see why). However... it doesn’t come with one.And I have no idea what kind of charger/cord to purchase for it.List on the device as an “IP” port. In the photos - it looks like a second USB-C port. IT IS NOT. It is squared off (under the white plastic exterior which makes it look rounded). It also does not have the little ‘tongue’ inside of it that a USB-C port has.The only thing I can find that fits in that port is the Apple lightening cable that goes to my iPhone. It fits, although loosely because the port is slightly longer on the horizontal. But it does fit... and it charges the power bank without overheating it. It just doesn’t fit very well.Other then that - mostly happy. I’m not very high tech, so I can’t attest to whether it’s charging my devices quickly or not. But it does the job and holds a lot of power. Also takes an entire night plus to fully recharge the power bank. I’m assuming it would probably charge more efficiently if it had a cable that properly fit it and was intended to be used with it.As I have to either charge it on a cable that doesn’t fit it properly... or charge it on cables that cause overheating while charging... I give it two stars. If I could get a proper cable/charger intended for it... would probably give it 5 stars.Willing to purchase one. But no one can tell me exactly what kind of cable I need to properly fit the “IP” port.

Purchased this power bank in July. It worked fantastically until about 3 weeks ago. Contacted Baseus and they immediately sent out a new one. New one works great!

It's a lil brick. A day at Disney and in my purse had my shoulder aching.

Charger is great, how ever it is very heavy for my young child to carry around and it takes a long time to get fully charged. However, once it is charged all the way it will charge your device for hours!

Like others have said, this is a good big battery for travel, but it does not fast charge anything. I've use both the USB C and USB A slots and no fast charge.Disappointed, but the big battery for a low price is ok.Edit: Company contacted me and wanted to make my experience better. Even though the product doesn't specifically "quick-charge" (for me), the company is great! They are responsive and care about their customers. I upgraded my star rating to 5 for service and support. I would absolutely buy from them again.

Heavy and bulky. It’s not fast charging when you are outside and in a hurry. Not like others branded products like Anker which is fast charging. So far it’s good.
