Great quality reinsurance bands for the price! What I like about them most is that they DO NOT SLIP nor do they tangle up.I'm newer to working out so my niece gave me some of her latex resistance bands. They would move and tangle constantly so I would have to keep stopping in the middle of my workout to fix them and would eventually just take them off. On top of that I would end up with so many bruises because of how tight they were. These are total opposite! I get through my workout without having to stop to fix these bands, they fit comfortably, no bruises and I actually woke up sore which hadn't happened since I first started working out in April. The grey is my favorite one right now. I highly recommend these bands!!!!

The reason why I like these bands is because of the material. It is sturdy and firm, it doesn't roll up or move when I am working out. For me, the resistance of the three bands is perfect. If you are new to this product, I like how they give you a little guidebook to show you where to start. I have used bands before but I like how the guide gives you tips. You are also offered a lifetime warranty just in case something does happen to your bands, which is why I chose to order these bands. Everyone always has different experiences so I wanted to make sure I will be okay if something happened. Overall I am satisfied with my order!

I'm totally obsessed with my new resistance bands! Previously, I owned a set of rubber resistance bands and was getting so feed up with them constantly rolling and moving out of place. This is not a problem at all with these! They have a rubbery, tacky, material on the inside so they don't slip. They are thick and well made. I also love the amount of resistance they provide, I feel like I am really able to enhance my workouts with this set of bands! 10/10 would recommend!

This NVRGIUP resistance band cost me about $6.40 and they are well made and stay in place. For the price and pleasantly surprised and satisfied with my purchase. The only downside is that it not that much difference on resistance from one color to the next on my opinion.

These things are great! Contrary to another review about these not being for beginners, the pink band is a great way to get started as it has just the right pull without being difficult. I've moved up to the gray band on some of my workouts and the black for others. These things are super sturdy, thick enough to stay put and they never roll down. I use them with shorts or longer pants and the fabric is comfortable. The interior is lined with a silicone material which helps keep the bands in place in case you're worried about them moving around. I received my ebook and a How To video which is great!

I crochet soooo I sit a LOT. I have an exercise bike that I very seldom use. I am now very soft and very ROUND. I like band workouts better than anything else. That being said. I have tried many different exercise bands, they have popped/broken on me during use, they have rolled up/down on me and pinched my skin, they have lost their tautness, but most of all they were uncomfortable and difficult to use. I LOVE THESE BANDS!!!!!! I have only used the pink band for the last two days, and I look forward to graduating to the other two. I have not utilized the workout pamphlet that comes with the band, nor have I registered for access to the workout guide e-book or the video. I am going to, but right now, I am enjoying the thrill ofcrocheting and using the pink band to chair exercise. I put the band on and then open and close my legs; do leg lifts/ flexes while I'm crocheting. I walk around my home with the band on. When I'm in the kitchen I'll do side kicks, back kicks & stride stretches, or I'll hold on to the sink edge and do a full body squat/stretch. I can see myself exercising consistently with these bands, And to top it off ..... the price was right.

These are much much better than the rubber bands. The rubber bands always snap eventually. No problems with these so far.

These resistance bands are amazing! There is a huge difference in resistance between the pink, gray, and black band. So far I have stuck between the pink and gray and working my way to the black. They are cute and made well, not cheap like the others I have tried. The bands have not snapped and are not looking like they will ever, unlike the plastic ones that I have tried in the past. I cannot wait to see the end results from using these!
