These are 'real' truly usable throw pillow covers, and the resemblance to actual rocks is close enough for anything less than a Hollywood prop.The nitty gritty:First, the zippers are the "invisible" garment-style and of good quality (this is so important, because a crap zipper ruins everything really fast) but much longer than the fill opening, and the fill opening is inconveniently small. Making the opening as long as the zipper would be a great update.The polyester microfiber "micromink" fabric is soft and pleasant to touch.The patterns look like actual rocks.The sizing is somewhat tricky for standard pillow form filling. If you're using loose batting that's not an issue, but if you're using pillow forms you already have then you might need to get creative.All in all, I'm really happy with these and glad I bought them.

The media could not be loaded.  I realize some reviewers prefer the pillows to appear more realistic but I think the softness of the material makes up for the resolution of the images. They still obviously look like rocks and they look adorable in my toddlers “campsite” play area. Their quality makes them more suitable for children, they aren’t sophisticated or expensive looking but they are super soft, comfy and adorable. Remember these are ONLY pillow cases. It took approx. 6 bags of 32oz poly fill to appropriately fill them out. The poly fill cost about $90 from Joanne’s so I would factor that into the cost when purchasing these. The zipper closures are discrete and well made so they aren’t easily re-opened by toddler. I’m satisfied with them over all.

Difficult to stuff. Cannot use pillows since zippered opening is hardly big enough to get your hand in.

Absolutely adorable! Took six pounds of poly fill to stuff the cases but they are so fun. Grandkids love them

Overall I enjoy these and I can’t find anything similar elsewhere so I’m glad I got them. I will say that the printing quality is a lot fuzzy but to be fair I don’t think people will analyze the clearness of my silly rock pillows.A 50oz bag of stuffing can fill the pillows.

These are great!! Can be filled with a variety of stuff. I do wish the zippers were a little longer. But well worth the money!

I am SOOOOO angry. These are just zippered pillow cases. NO filling. And of course they are weird sizes so you cannot purchase pillow forms that would look nice. The fact that these are JUST pillow CASES - NOT pillow needs to be in the description line - straight up! I did NOT want to have to buy chunky lumpy filling as well. I am angry enough that I will just be tossing these in the garbage. I wanted nice, fitted pillows. You have to BUY chunked up filling - balls or as they suggest "old clothes!" OMG. Good luck trying to un-stuff them to clean the cases. What mess. I do NOT recommend these and buyer beware. Read the fine print that SHOULD be in the ad-line.

I was a bit disappointed with them - they only look like rocks from far away. When closer, the patterns on the fabric are blurry which make them look less real. Agree with other reviewers that finding the right filling has been challenging. I've stuffed them with old down jackets and t-shirts, but they have made the cushions on the heavier side. Overall, not a great value for the money.
