IRWINTools 1882785 SPEEDBOR Countersink Wood Drill Bit, Number-14

I had this happen twice. Once with the original order and once with the replacement. Upon drilling the first hole in 1/2 plywood the bit separated from the 1/4 hexagon shaft rendering the bit useless. I'm a fan of Irwin tools but this product is made very cheaply and is worthless
