Perfect
Bought an IFAK kit, but it only came in tan or black, but it had everything. Bought this one to fit to my Cannae pack. Perfect. Everything fit. Added a bunch more stuff, and it's gonna run. For the reviewers that critisize the tourniquet strap, you're doing it wrong. It's not rocket appliances. Holds it solid. Not worried about it at all. Use all the loops, cinch the strap. Done. Plenty of room. Added a bunch of stuff too. She was tight, but I got it all in. Giggity. Zero issues, and looks great IMO.

A simple and sturdy IFAK pouch.
Strong stitching and enough space to hold everything an IFAK needs.

Almost Perfect
Fits everything you would want in your basic IFak. Only wish there was a designated spot for a tourniquet that was attached to the pouch when ripped away from the Velcro holding. Other than having to catch my Cat3 when unbuckling to rip away, this is a solid rip away IFak pouch that is molle system functional. Especially for the price.

Great value, wish there was a non-tear away option.
Love the pouch, used it to build a compact first aid kit for my hiking bag. My only complain is that aside from leaving the large velcrow tearaway flap on (which weighs 4.3 oz.) I am stuck with the exposed grippy velcrow on the pouch and I fear over time it'll screw up the inside of my bag. Handle and straps cut off easily and cleanly so I got the kit loaded down to 1 pound 1.2 oz.

Oddly sized
Awesome little pouch but it’s an odd size and doesn’t fit regular mollie paneling. It’s build good and has a quality zipper. Pouch removed and has lot of space.

Perfect size for a mini kit.
I carry a basic trauma kit on my range bag. Most options are way too big for what I carry. This fits my CAT tourniquet, gauze, chest seals, trauma dressing, and nitrile gloves perfectly. Good quality.
