Great machine
My laptop came next day, and was really well packaged. An amazing machine. The only "problem" is the USA keyboard. Don't be alarmed by this. All the characters are in the normal UK place, just a few special characters are different; @#~ and maybe a few more. To solve this during first boot select the region as USA, not UK, and then USA keyboard. This gets all the keys in the right place. Easy! Then there is no £ sign. Just hold down the ALT key and type 0163 and the £ sign appears like magic!

Not bad for the price
Screen is a bit dark even on brightest setting.Space bar key only work if you press at the centre. So can't really use the laptop keyboard.

Reviewed one of these renewed laptops before, this one was the same, not a mark on it, even the rubber feet it sits on were perfect. Great value for a top notch laptop

DON'T! Broke down after 2 weeks of using with a critical error
They issued the invoice under delivery address instead of my company address and did not want to amend it. I used this lap top for two weeks last year. When I wanted to use it an error appeared that required reinstalling the system so had to spend £15 out of my pocket to return it. Instead of refunding the money they sent it back again.
