Fiendish puzzle
This can take a long time to work out how to take apart, although all the moves needed do not require any force other than gravity. But keeping track of which of the three inner triangular pieces you are dealing with is very hard. Choose it if you like a puzzle that will frustrate you for hours! Once disassembled it is relatively easy to put back togeher, although it helps to be able to rememberhow you got it a part. A lovely solid and well-made puzzle.

This got the family puzzled!!
Every year at Xmas I try to find a difficult puzzle for my husband. He always manages to do them within in a few minutes; this was the first one that took him nearly 20 minutes to do!! He was impressed - so much so he bought one for his eldest daughter’s birthday (she’s in her 40s)!

Nice looking gift and decent puzzle
Bought as a gift for my brother, he likes puzzles. Didn't take him long to solve it to undo it. Puzzled longer to get it back together! Nicely made, good quality. Recommend gift

Really nice object, tricky puzzle that has more to offer once initially solved.
As everyone else says, these puzzles feel really nice in the hand, with a good weight. The product pictures don't really convey scale - these are fairly small, but not tiny (see photo - I have quite large hands) and they're dense and solid feeling.Took me about an hour of fiddling to get this apart to start with - I'm not a puzzle veteran, and I thought it was fairly challenging, and then it took me a couple of hours to get it back together again. You can get lucky and have it fall apart after some frantic random twiddling, but then it's even harder to get back together, depending on how observant you are. Even after finding a reasonably reliable way to get it apart and back together, it still rewarded further playing as I eventually found a very satisfying and super-quick way to dismantle it. The box does not come with a solution, save a single hint along the lines "think of safe locks", so if you truly get stuck trying to get it back together, you'll have to resort to YouTube, but that would spoil the fun.If you hand it to a friend and they get lucky and it comes apart quite easily for them, you can quickly dispel any smugness by asking them to reassemble it... It's simple, but very clever, with a couple of very pleasing subtleties to the way it works. It doesn't reward brute force, but nor will it break easily in clumsy hands or if dropped etc. Overall, I'm really pleased with this. Even after you've solved it; you can find more efficient ways to dismantle and re-assemble it, and it's just nice to play with.

Fiendishly tricky!
Saw this on a YouTube video of Cool Gadgets, and enjoying puzzles decided to buy it. There are several other metal puzzles by this same company ranging in 6 difficulty levels, but this seemed to be one of the most popular.Made of very solid cast metal and quite heavy, it's not like something you could easily damage or break and will last you many years. Though not the hardest in their range (it's 4/6 in difficulty levels) it is hard to figure out how to solve it. You have to rotate the two rings to remove the three locked in pieces that are inserted inside the rings, and the only clue you're given is that it's like opening a safe. The trouble is, unlike many of the other puzzles where you can see all its parts before you start, here they are locked away, so you're working blind. I did eventually manage to disassemble it, and then eventually reassemble it, but it was by pure luck than management in both instances! Even when you get to know how it all fits together and works, it's still trial and error getting the two rings rotated to their correct positions to disassemble/assemble it. A puzzle you can enjoy solving over and over again.
