Love Is Not Enough

Upbeat American relationship podcast
Like Sarah Knight, Mark Manson is best known for his self help books with profanity spewn titles that have become best sellers in recent years. Mark specialises in relationship advice and he has an analytical but friendly approach to subjects such as boundaries, comparability and, of course, love. Trent Reznor famously sang "Love is Not Enough" on industrial rock band Nine Inch Nail's 2005 album "With Teeth" and Mark Manson takes this theme in the book. This is more of a podcast than his other works and he interviews a series of upbeat and open Americans about their relationship issues and unpicks their problems and offers his advice as to what they are doing wrong. The participants in this book all seem like real people and were selected from around 500 people who contacted the author. It all seems fairly straightforward when you break it down to constituent parts of what makes a good relationship; respect being top of the list. At the end of the day we are all looking for "All of the Love in the World", we do not want "Every Day Exactly the Same" and it ids best if we do not bite "The Hand that Feeds" or we will enter a "Downward Spiral", become a "Pretty Hate Machine" and end up "Broken".
