This Country - The Complete Collection [DVD] [2020]

When this series was originally aired I never saw it or had even heard of it tbh. Only came across it recently and downloaded a couple of episodes to my sky+ box to start with to check it out. Straight away I loved it and downloaded all episodes. An absolutely hilarious British sitcom, one of the best for a long time IMO.Purchased this DVD box set complete collection so I can now watch it over & over again in the future like some of the other classics I own.Highly recommended

It takes a certain type of humour but stick with you will either get or not. We are TOTALLY addicted to this absolute comedy genius which I love the fact that a lot of the actors are closely related (Martin, Len, Kerry and Kurtain) - the vicar is an absolute legend also , they got the characters so right!!! just try it !! we bought this DVD set to keep when we go away in in our Caravan. A true home grown british great with a great origin story. Such a shame about Sluggs (RIP), a tragic but fitting tribute. I can't rate high enough - COMEDY GENUIS DAISY CHARLIE.Best episode - Its very hard to pick as all 3 series are epic but if I had to pick just - "Peeping Tom" Martin Mucklow is my favourite character "Lungs so strong I can blow up a water bottle"

I love This Country. It’s extremely funny and the best comedy I’ve watched in ages. I’ve seen all 3 series multiple times and it always makes me laugh as much as the first time I watched it. I came across This Country by chance on iPlayer when it first came out and I’m so glad I did. It’s amazing! Brilliant acting and amazing storylines. I’ve introduced friends and family to This Country and they love it as well. Would definitely recommend this DVD - I’ve bought mine as a gift for my brother who loves This Country. Definitely worth a purchase. Great price for all three series!

After stumbling over clips of the show on the BBC Three Facebook page, and episodes shown on 'Dave', I decided to get the box set and see what it's all about. Daisy & Charlie have created a masterpiece of a show, perfectly written and acted out to portray life in a small Cotswold village. Kerry & Kurtan are played well and you instantly fall in love with them, they play the part so well.If you want a laugh at something different and not over dramatised, do watch this - you shan't regret it!

A documentary set type comedy smiliar to The Office but different background and characters. Very funny parts with great story lines also. Very well scripted & great acting. I really enjoyed it.
