I'm So Impressed and I'll be buying more!
The media could not be loaded. The Sunba Illuminati cameras are the best cameras that we have tried for auto tracking and detailed imaging. We have evaluated and installed cameras from multiple manufacturers over the last few decades for security, surveillance, and monitoring systems. We have several Sunba 601-d20x cameras installed since 2017. They have performed as expected. Recently we purchased and installed four of the new Sunba Illuminati cameras. They're design, features, user interface, and manufacturing process have resulted in a superior product that functions well in extreme weather conditions.I have contacted their customer service manager on several occasions and have been pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my questions. Her knowledge base of the Sunba cameras is remarkable. She carefully reviewed my questions, asked appropriate questions, provided links to appropriate resources, her suggestions were clear and concise with a very pleasant demeanor.I hope to do a product review on my YouTube channel to share some of the video clips from the wildlife that have to live on our demonstration site.

Auto tracking DOES NOT work and makes this a $500 paper weight
Update: I took the cameras down and updated the main board with instructions they sent me in an application I had to install in my computer hoping that this would fix the tracking issues. However, it didn't. It did fix something because they do act differently now but, still today, after anywhere between 8 hours and 2 or 3 days, the camera loses its current setting... Meaning that it was on auto tracking and for some reason it never reset back to its original location/setting, and not only is it not Auto tracking but now as I said it's zoomed in on a leaf on my front yard worth pointing up randomly into the sky and some random direction so I'm not even recording the area that needs to be surveilled. They did issue me a small refund but I see now that refund was useless because the cameras are cheaper and they're taking $80 off of that from what I paid. If you want a PTZ camera you can get one cheaper than this. If you want an auto tracking camera, this definitely is not what you want.TLDR: motion tracking bugs out every day and ends up looking into the sky or at my roof, buy another brand or a bullet camera.I bought two, based on the reviews. The camera is really nice, large, heavy, and feels like a solid piece of equipment. I was very excited to get these mounted and hooked up.I hooked them up and started to play with them. I was very happy with the picture quality and zoom. After a day or two, the camera would lose its settings (lose the preset) and be zoomed in on a leaf, or be turned around 180* looking at my roof or be pointing into the sky.I worked with Robin and she was very responsive (as others have stated... another reason I bought this brand) with a few suggestions which I did. The first interaction took around two weeks of troubleshooting, which ended up turning off tracking and turning on intrusion detection. I enabled that and also was running into the same issue. After many more back and forths, I got on a TeamViewer session with Robin and one of the Sunba techs who looked over my configuration and didn't find anything off that would cause this issue. I should also mention that one of the cameras was on a Beta firmware (another thing they had me try) while the other was on the normal firmware and had the same issue on both. They think it is a motherboard issue and I have to get on my roof and flash them with a USB key. Ugh.I was told that a "fix" should be coming in the next week or so but in the meantime, I cannot recommend this camera.Switch: Unifi USG-16-150WTired with both: Synology Surveillance Station and with BlueIris. Neither had PTZ enabled.I will update this review as I work with Sunba some more.

Worth the money so far! Great photos and videos.
Overall so far, a very good camera! The 25x optical zoom is great and the picture quality is great too. 1080p is fine, but 4K or 5mp would be better. Night vision is strong, very good. So, a few things: motor noise when moving is a little disappointing. The PTZ Blue Iris was a few hours of troubleshooting. I got the video fine, but the PTZ didn’t work because of an account issue that was not spelled out in their FAQ. I did get a hold of technical support from China on Saturday morning EST, and they replied within an hour. Even with screenshots and text sent, they still directed me back to the instructions I already tried! I was able to get them to dial-in and we figured it out together. Blue Iris was very slow to see a PTZ response. Guarding Vision software was much better at instant response and photo/video capture. The one big recommendation is to replace the Phillip head screws on the back of the camera where the Micro SD card goes with stainless steel Allen wrench screws from the hardware store. I had to do that as the original screws were cheap and so tight, that no matter what, the heads started to strip. One of the screws almost wouldn’t unscrew and the head stripped so easily. There was no way those screws were going back in, as I would never get them out again! The star head with SS screws, metric fine threads, were awesome with enough torque to feel secure and waterproof.
