On first use product barely stretched to 10m and hasn't been the same since.it doesn't contract and just gets tangled on its own coils. Only positives are the colour and the brass fittings

I purchased this hose to attach to my existing outside tap and pressure washer, it came only with brass ends and no hose lock attachments, just a spaygun.This would have been an ideal hose,had it been as per the pictures shown.However, not to be.

The delivered item does not match the pictures on the product page. Its illustrated with plastic Hozelock type fittings. its delivered with simple 3\4 inch BSP brass ones. One is screwed to a normal outdoor tap fitting. The other end is screwed into the spray gun. This need a plumbers wrench to fully tighten, otherwise it leaks like a sieve . Also the box it comes in shows the plastic fittings. There are no extra fittings supplied in the box.I cannot be bothered to send it back, so I am sourcing my own plastic fittings for use with it.Apart from the wrong pictures and description it appears to be quite well constructed.

Did not get the 5 function spray like it says on the box

does not fit any usual attachments, listing now states comes woth copper ends, yet still pictures plastic hoselock style. Beware the copper is attached and short of cutting them off they are not removable!

it said it would come with adaptor for tap,nothing whatsoever ,cant use it and no use
