Same one used in the hospital following my major back surgery. Worked great there, works great home. Heat ones are smaller, but work great, too.

I had surgery, so I had to order a box of them. I ordered another box, after! They work great! I will need another box soon! Great deal! Great price! I had cervical spine surgery, and they help with the pain!

I'm a teen boys basketball coach.. no time to wait for a cold pack to get cold and these get cold fast.. my issue with them is so far this season we've used 9 and had to waste 3 because they already popped and got cold. Which I do not know how.. I'm talking while in my Nike bag just sitting there or while I'm walking holding it..which leads to the other issue I can't seem to snap the pouch right. It takes me forever.. maybe I should have put them in the bag haha..so they work yes and well...do they last yes..are they cold yes ice cold.. easy no.. and some get wasted.

I was going on a road trip and needed to ice my shoulder while i was driving. This was perfect size packs to ice my shoulder. I also didn't have to worry about freezing my gel packs in advance. These turn cold instantly once they are squeezed. Would surely buy it again.

Loved these. Worked well after surgery. Some mixup with second order. Was never delivered. Easy to activate. Curbed pain.

I recently hurt my knee which required cold compresses at fairly regular intervals. The problem is that I travel extensively and don't always have access to compresses that require refrigeration. These are great to travel with. Use it on a plane, in a meeting, at the hotel. etc. or at home. Really do the job and travel easily.

It stays cold for the standard 15-20 minutes (maybe longer during the winter months). I suffer from lower back pain and on long drives my back begins to ache. My pain alleviates when applying ice so these things had worked for me before (I had tried a different manufacturer before). As I only need them when I'm driving I left the box in the trunk). After a few weeks I noticed that all of my bags had dried out. Also, the advertising picture showed these were made of a cloth-type of material so this was tempting for me to buy as I apply the bag directly to my back (plastic is too cold and uncomfortable). Well, when I opened the box I noticed they were all plastic not cloth!
