I had ordered a replacement strap for my purse. When it came it was to short. So I ordered another one after returning. New one arrived and it seemed still to short? I measured and it measures at 44 inches. Not anywhere close to the 48” promised in the description. I double checked that I ordered the correct one. It matches my bag perfectly in color but it makes the bag sit above my hip, it needs to be 4 inches longer to sit comfortably and not look weird - but I don’t want to dare to reorder as probably the same one will be send again so frustrating

My wife needed a strap for her purse.She never used it, now she does.She likes the product. It is well made.

I like this strap, perfect for the purse I intended to use it for. However, the “bent” and crease portion is so noticeable that makes me contemplate on returning. But how can I be sure if I will get a better replacement? I hope the Seller will improve/ensure good packaging on delicate items.
