It's a good product but arrived damaged...the company was kind enough to send me just the damaged part so that I didn't have to disassemble the whole thing and send it back. Good customer service. Thank you for that. I would purchase another product from this company.

Assembly was okay—a bit difficult to install bottom and keep it in provided slots. Top not real sturdy—not to be used as a seat or step stool. Worst part was that back split when screwing in predrilled hole, with screw not completely in. Because in back and does not show, we kept it as is. Plus side—it looks good and holds a lot of TP, etc.

I bought this for my spouse to put their dirty clothes in. It's replacing an open hamper that we've had for years, so it's an adjustment for them but they are starting to appreciate it. I like the look and the fact that it has the openings in the front to help keep the smells from being trapped inside.

This is true to size & other then having to put little stoppers on the front corners of the lid to prevent from slamming and possibly damnaging it or someone's fingers it is perfect for us.

I bought this to use as a cover for my dog's large bags of food, so I was never intending to use it as a hamper. I mention this because using it for this purpose exposed a design flaw: everything is decent grade wood except for the bottom piece. It is very thin and cracked as soon as I place a 20# dog food bag on it.Hopefully, dirty laundry would not weigh 20 lbs, but I thought it strange that the designers would decide to be cheap about the bottom of this hamper when the rest of it is so solid.

Cheap hardware! Screws broke off half way through tightening. Use your own screws when assembling !!! It’s ok quality, for my closet so no one will see it. If this were out in the open for people to see I wouldn’t keep it, I’d return!

The last cloths hamper you will ever have, it is sturdy and beautiful.

I plan to use this to store dog food. The 35-lb bag with Ziploc fits in perfectly. The 50-lb bag of IAMS is just a bit too big. I may need to add more support to the bottom to hold the weight, and of course I will need to find some hinges as they were not in the package. Otherwise, the size and look is perfect for my intended use. It looks nice with our bamboo dog bowl stands, and certainly feels sturdy enough for laundry.
