MARKY'S Paddlefish Black American Caviar - 5.5 oz / 156 g - Premium Malossol Black Roe - GUARANTEED OVERNIGHT

I bought this because supposedly the roe is harvested sustainably without killing the Paddlefish which is much better than how other caviars are harvested. In the picture it shows some pretty big grain sized eggs, so I was totally down with it. The flavor was fishy, oily which was okay but not as good as better caviars I have had the pleasure of eating. Also the grain size was not like the picture and was almost as small as lumpfish roe. Teeny. Similar taste to lumpfish. Not the nutty, buttery taste you can get with a better caviar. It wasnt sold at an insane price, but had the eggs been larger I would have bought again. I will keep looking for the good American caviar I have had in the past. This was not it.

I've ordered this caviar before and it was great. This time it arrived and was terrible. It must have gotten hot or exposed to the air. I tried to contact the seller but was unable to. I'm stuck with an expensive jar of inedible caviar.

Excellent flavor. The 5.5 lasts me four days with plenty on each day.
