Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I originally bought 2 of these and one was leaking at the main valve. I was given a replacement and was able to install both products into two bathrooms (I was able to keep the bad unit). However, now that I am able to turn on the water to test the shower system, both of the valves at the handheld shower is leaking where the valve is at. These products have already been installed and it is not going to be easy to take them out.Although they were able to give me a replacement on the first time around, both units still has a leak in a different place. I also have now confirmed that not only 2 of the units, but also the original unit that was bad, all 3 units leaks from the handheld valve. I have confirmed that the product is bad and the design has a flaw, specifically where the handheld shower sits at. There seems to be two phillips screws and two hex screws that holds together the threads to the valve which is where the leak is at. The seal at that spot must be bad and there seems to be no QA on the product to check for leaks. I have attached pictures and a video showing by putting a little bit of pressure on the valve, water will come out from where the threads are at.

We bought this for our bathroom in the basement. It’s nice, modern and good quality. We just bought a new house and bought this again for 2 of our showers.

Product looks wonderful. Instructions included were not for this unit, but not too hard to install. The spray handle leaked where the threaded part attached. Additionally, the threads with 2 wraps of tape, 4 wraps of tape, tapes and plumbers dope.. all leaked and would not seal (new fittings).

It’s a beautiful faucet and set. I’m amazed at how much water comes out of the faucet. It’s clearly not a water efficient device, but I appreciate the strength of the sprayer more than I’d appreciate conservation in this case. Every shower is therapeutic now! Clean lines too!

Hand held shower was missing a part which took my plumber forever to figure out to attach to the wall. The pressure is not great either :(
