Good customer service - bad product
5 star review because the seller has refunded me in full. The product came with a fault screw for tightening it into place. There was excess plastic on this screw and it wouldnt secure the holder, so the mic was just hanging loosely. Then I even managed to peels off the extra plastic and it still wouldn’t secure the mic! It’s like there was a missing piece and it wouldnt tighten. It’s overall very very cheap which is fine for the price but it literally didn’t work my mic just hung there loosely held together by a screw!!
