I have Celiac disease and don't absorb my iron and Vit B12 very well. I've struggled with severe iron deficiency anemia for several years and took prescription supplements followed by an over the counter supplement, which did not raise my iron levels appreciably. After reading some reviews on this product, I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. My dr has been testing my iron levels every 45 days over the past couple years, and the difference in my lab results after starting this product is amazing. My hemoglobin, ferritin, etc. have increased significantly and I'm finally starting to feel like my old self again. This product did not cause any GI discomfort, like so many other products do. Highly recommend this for anyone who hasn't had the results they want with other products!

I was so hesitant in taking any iron supplements but this one really got my numbers up and doesn’t cause any stomach problems and I can even take it on an empty stomach!

This supplement keeps my iron levels high enough to donate blood regularly (and pass my yearly physical) and yet does not cause the main problem iron supplements are known for. This is the best iron supplement I have ever used and I will continue to purchase it.

We have tried so many iron supplements, this is the only one that truly works. The vitamin C really helps the iron be processed in the body. Love it.

I've been taking this supplement once/day as well as taking one "Time release From" from Douglas lab. daily and a quality vitamin C supplement daily. After 3 months my lab work showed an increased iron binding cap but ferritin levels remained "low". I don't experience abdominal discomfort. I will continue to use this product.

Great stuff. Stopped my hair from falling! Apparently if your iron is low you don’t get enough oxygen to the hair follicles. Coffee and tea (iced tea addict here,) prevent the body from absorbing iron from food. Complicated subject but this stuff absorbs better than another iron supplement I tried which did nothing.

I'm really happy with these. There's a nice combo of vit incl the C that is needed to help absorb iron. Plus, this type of iron is more easily absorbed by me and causes less constipation. The pills are a nice size and easy to swallow.
