plan to take a lot of time to clean up after use!!!
built a stand for this to sit on permanently, put a shower curtain around it to keep the floor clean, still takes at least an hour to cleanup after use!!! but works great!!!

Darned nice little saw
Finally got a chance to use the saw today after putting down a pig. After some setup adjustments this little saw cuts perfectly, and offers more depth that it looks like. Was able to split the loin from the fresh side of the pig without any twisting or finagling. The measurements etched into the table are metric, but I use a measure to set the fence anyway so that's not a problem. The table has some staining on it from manufacturing, but nothing that causes it to be pitted or makes you feel like it's unsafe to use.Only thing I'd add as a wishlist option for it would be a sliding table. Running a full pork loin for chops is a bit of an undertaking.

Motor overheated and drew 3 times the current above the motor ratings.
Used the unit to cut beef, pig and goat meats with bones. The main problem is that the motor drew more than 3 times current than it was rated to do. The motor operated at a high temperature and is likely to burn out. The substation breakers tripped frequently after about every 4 minutes. The company promised to replace the motor but after several weeks they have not done so. The record of my purchase has been removed from the Amazon website. The blades also appear inferior. I have ordered new blades and hope they will be more reliable. Unable to try it out while waiting on new motor from VBENLEM.

To Chinese factory: "Please plug in to make sure it works before shipping "
Time will tell if it's a good saw. But certainly poor factory quality control which I'll explain shortly. It is a heavy and serious saw and certainly is capable of processing a lamb. It is not easy to clean but no saw like this would be I suppose. They make it easy to disassemble a couple components which does aid in cleaning. The biggest problem was that it didn't work when I first plugged it in. I had already varified that my amperage was sufficient so I took a look at the motor wiring to make sure it wasn't wired for 220v. It wasn't but I found that one of the power supply lines was trapped between the start capacitor bracket and the motor housing. (Only possible during assembly) I took care of the damaged wire and correctly routed it. Thank goodness that fixed it. I would send a pic but the motor housing was too much of a pita to put back on.

Small wonder
What a machine for the money. This machine will cut a porterhouse and is a great addition to our restaurant butchery.

The best homestead investment.
We live on a homestead, and we were looking for a bone saw that is uncomplicated to run, and easy to clean. For the price, this one is excellent. Even though this will only get "seasonal" use (the occasional deer, all our chickens, and breaking down larger cuts of meat)...we also considered it an investment. We intend to use this machine for our homestead needs, and pass it on down to the next generation who prefers to raise, catch and prepare their own food. We knew we had a score when our chef nephew looked at it so lovingly!!!

Cover rubs
The saw is good for what I need but I have to take off the motor cover to operate. The cover is to small and rubs against the inside of the motor causing it to smoke and heat up.
