WiltonPerfect Results Premium Non-Stick Bakeware Cookie Sheet, 15 x 10 Inch

These really are non-stick. I have bought other brands and had cookies stick and burn. I bought two of the smaller size before but wanted this regular size. Planning to give the old ones to thrift store. The stuff that cooks on just slides off. Also these have never rusted on the under side of the rolled edges.

I bought three of these small cookie sheetds, because I just ,moved into a place with a small oven/range. I mean SMALL. All my cookie sheets from years past are still in excellent shape, bnut they don't fit in thjis oven. These do!Since I bought this/these (I bought three!), I made cookies everyday! And the cleanup is - of course - easy because they're new.SECRET: Do not use a scrub pad or SOS pad or any scouring pad on this sheet. I use ONLY a 100% cotton dishrag and hot water and soap. It'll last years. Also DO NOT use a metal spatula; use only the silicone or plastic spatulas.When cleaning, let it soak in hot water for about ten - fifteen minutes before washing with that 100% cotton rag.

Works great! Definitely get this if you're on the fence, worth every penny. Just cooks a little fast on the bottom so if you're baking cookies or something thin- make sure to take it out of the oven about 2 minutes before you normally would and just let whatever is baking sit on the hot pan rather than in the oven. It will burn the bottom of the baked good otherwise. :)

I would give this pan 5 stars for the non-stickyness and 5 negative stars for the fact that the pan warps with the heat.The first time I used it I heard this unusual "bang" from the oven and when I looked inside I noticed that this pan was not sitting flat on the oven grill, but it had warped. The pan returns flat after it is removed from the oven. I thought at first the pan warped because of the high temperature (about 430 f - 220 c but) but I soon found out that this pan warps also at 350º (180 c), which is a very common, medium hot temperature.I own 2 more heavier and bigger Wilton pans and I never had a problem, but this one...ouch! Aside from the warping, it is a good weight and nothing sticks to it.

This cookie sheet fits my apartment size oven perfect to cook cookies, toast and a pan of brownies.

Good quality, it came a bit bent. Two years going with regular use and it is holding up well!

Very light and easy to clean. Love this and will buy it again when I need it.
