Too Small. Large size are 10.25" long. Not 11.42"
The Large size of these slippers are 10.25" long including the felt surround. The actual rubber sole is less than 10". They are advertised as 11.42" long which is incorrect. I wear a 10.5 (US) and my heel hangs off the back of the Large size of these slippers.LOOK AT THE PICTURES I UPLOADED Lol!!!

Understand what you are buying first! Not meant to keep your feet warm.
I'm hoping this review clears some confusion between the glowing reviews and the couple of low rated ones. It comes down to what the product is and if it fits what you are looking for. These slippers are EXACTLY what I was looking for! I was initially scared off from buying these because of that top review about them being like hotel slippers. I'm pretty sure that reviewer was looking to purchase more traditional slippers that are all fuzzy and padded and that keep your feet all warm and toasty. These are not intended to do that! These are much thinner slippers that keep your heel exposed. They breathe very well too, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I live in Phoenix, AZ where it's a million degrees for most of the year, so unless you want an insane electric bill, you have to keep our indoor temps on the warm side. Anytime I would wear slippers or moccasins my feet would get super sweaty and I couldn't wear them for more than 30 min or so. For this reason I was looking for something thin and lightweight that I could wear around the house, and these slippers fit the bill perfectly. These are no moccasins for sure, but they certainly are not those cheap little foam spa slippers I was imagining when reading that other review. They are somewhere in between in terms of how thin and lightweight they are. While the slippers are lightweight, the quality is great and they have held up well for me. I have worn these almost every day since I bought them about a year and a half ago, including outside and even to the store from time to time. In short, I have done a pretty good job abusing these, considering their purpose as indoor slippers. That being said, I wouldn't suggest wearing these outside or to the store, but sometimes I get lazy and don't feel like swapping them for flip flops or shoes. At this point, the fabric running along the front of one of the slippers has begun to rip, but it's not very noticeable and I'm sure I'll still be able to wear these for a while still. For $15, that's not bad, considering that level of use. If I kept them solely for indoor use I'm sure they would still look good as new. Also, regarding fit, I wear a size 11 or 11.5 shoe and I purchased the large based on the fit guide, and they fit perfectly.Overall, I recommend these slippers highly for anyone who is looking for indoor slippers for warm weather and want to keep their feet covered yet cool. Don't buy them if you're looking for warm slippers with a lot of padding!

Don't be fooled like I was.
Whoever wrote a review and gave 4-5 stars wrote so because they were supposed to. They got the item for free or discounted price. These are not good slippers. I bought them outright. They are thin, they don't stay on. I'd compare them to cheap hotel slippers. I'm purchasing some moccasins. These are not good.

comfortable
Dang it, I read the name wrong and thought i would be getting 4 pairs of these bad boys cause there's a number 4 in the title =[. But other than that, these slippers are quite comfortable and warm. It can definately keep your feet warm on cold days so i like that. The grip on these things however, aren't that great so if you have some water spilled on some woodened floor, you better be careful with your steps. If i had known that i wouldn't be getting 4 pairs and only 1 pair, i'll probably would have held of as the price was a bit high for just shower slippers. I'm a size 9 on athletic shoes like nike, puma, etc. as well as a size 9 in dressed shoes. I chose medium for this size and it fits perfectly.

Adequate
They are adequate to their intended purpose - slippers that take up very little room in a duffel bag or pack and will keep my feet from getting chilled when I have to take my shoes off when visiting friends during snow/mud season. They could never be replacements for my cozy wonderful wear-all-day-at-home slippers. But those are bulky for travel, so I needed these. The stitching under the heel does feel a bit weird. Hard sole and level cushion keep my feet from rolling off the sides.

Perfect for travel!
I do not like being barefoot on any floor outside of our house, and finally talked my husband into taking them on our trips also. This fit perfectly. Although he wears a 10-1/2 and they are only in even sizes the size 10 works very well. They are lightweight and compact for packing. We had just returned from a trip when I bought these for him, so he hasn't used them much, but has worn them around the house enough to know they fit and will do very nicely.

Handsome but poorly executed.
I don't know why slipper manufacturers think every man as clubbed feet! These are too wide! Way too wide! The foam in the insole is worthless. The outsole material is great. The self-fabric travel bag is a very nice touch. Please redesign these at least 1/2" (13-15 mm) narrower, with open toes, and use a better quality foam (or other material). As soon as I stepped into these, I felt the foam crush...and it never came back and I weigh only 160 pounds.

Mother's favorite slipper
Finally found a slipper my mother likes and isn't so padded under foot as to make her feel unstable. If you find slippers to be too poofy and squishy, these are great. Bought several pair to store away just in case they stop being made. It's surprisingly hard to find slippers like these that also wash up well.
