Cleanest White Rug
If you’re looking for something that will hold its white up, this rug is it! We’ve had it for about two weeks now with a considerable amount of foot traffic on it and it’s done amazing considering it’s a primarily white rug. You won’t be disappointed

The media could not be loaded. Came bigger than I expected but it does the job intended for. Ordering a smaller size for my other area in the house to have a uniform look.

Damaged
The rug came with a huge thread only halfway finished on the backside. Also had it delivered today 12/4/2023 and noticed it was selling for almost a hundred dollars cheaper. Why is the price fluctuating?

Defective product and impossible to return
This product came defective with a large brown lump in one spot. I bought this for my living room but ended up using it under the dining room table. There is no way to use this in the living room, when you walk on the lump it is very hard and uncomfortable…not even sure what that material is! Feels like a rock. I’ve wanted this rug for over a year so I am pretty dissatisfied with the purchase. Major oversight for quality control!The return is a nightmare. I scheduled UPS for pickup and they refused to take the rug unless I PACKAGED it. Are you kidding me? How am I suppose to repackage an 8x10 rug? I called customer support and they told me to tie it with rope and take it to a UPS store and they would ship it. Imagine the poor person at UPS when I walk in the door with a rug that she cannot package. My return date closes in 2 days and there is no way to exchange.
