Love this bread. We are on low carb diet and tried a lot of different options for the low carb bread. This one is absolute winner. I usually buy 4-5 packs and keep them in he freezer. You cannot leave it out of refrigerator or even in the refrigerator for more than a week. However, we consume a pack in 4-5 days and reach for the other one.

JUST RECIEVED DANGEROUS MOLDY PRODUCTS FROM BASE CULTURE COMPANY! PICS OF MOLDY BREAD, PAMPHLET OF THE SUPPOSED SHELF LIFE, WHICH IT MUST'VE BEEN MOLDY THRU TRANSIT! AMAZON SHOULDN'T ALLOW A COMPANY LIKE THIS TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE! IM VERY ALLERGIC TO MOLD AND IT AFFECTED MY HEALTH JUST TOUCHING THE BREAD WHEN IT ARRIVED! ALL BREADS WERE JUST PLACED IN BX W/ NO COOLER BLOCKS OR ANYTHING TO KEEP FRESH. ACCORDING TO PAMPHLET THAT WAS IN BX, ALL IS A LIE BCUZ IT STATES THAT SHELF LIFE AMBIENT IS 4 DAYS, REFRIGERATED 14 DAYS, FROZEN 9 MONTHS! WE JUST RECIEVED AND WAS CONTAMINATED WITH MOLD SPORES THROUGHOUT LOAVES! I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AT ALL TO ANYONE TO GET DELIVERED TO THEIR HOME! DANGEROUS MOLD SPORES TRAVEL THROUGH THE AIR! DIDN'T EVEN GET TO TRY IT, TOO MOLDY ON ALL 3 LOAVES! I'D GIVE A 0 BUT THERE WASN'T A 0! 0 ON VALUE AND TASTE TOO! PLEASE PRAY FOR ME ALLERGIES TO MOLD AND RESPIRATORY AND IMMUNITY!

This product is great for those of us who are watching carbs.....but it is very expensive....iam ordering only two loaves per month....i will be able to begin ordering more soon!!!

It arrived warm. There was a label saying keep in fridge or freezer. But it still arrived warm. 🙁

I love the taste. I would buy it again. My favorite.

Cost to much, and started getting mold way to soon. But its probably because it has less preservatives, If you had a way to seal it in a vacuum it would be a great alternative keto bread. The slices are to small though.

Great bread but for 9.99 in stores, per loaf. This price is an absolute rip off

When the product arrived I put one loaf in the refrigerator as soon as it arrived and the other loaf is in the freezer. The next morning I opened the refrigerator and the loaf was moldy. This was very disappointing, because the bread is very expensive, but also because I was really looking forward to having not the same ole same ole when I wanted a piece if bread.
