Cool and convenient
Wearing this, I feel safe and my glasses do not fog. When I do not have to wear it, it is an attractive neck covering and at the ready for when I do. I keep one handy for my morning walks. Again, I can exercise safely and still breathe!

Somewhat hard to breathe in this solid color mask that hooks over your ears.
First the good. I like the design of the face mask as it also covers the front and back of the neck for sun protection. And I like how it stays on by hooking on to the ears. The solid colors (black, grey, white and beige) are also nice in the 4 pack. The material is smooth. However, I find it hard to breathe for very long in this mask. For one thing, it pulls too tightly over the face. Even though I have a small face, it is so tight I can see the outlines of both of my lips (as well as my nose but less so) through the fabric --which of course makes it hard to breathe. The material is also not very breathable. In the description of the solid masks it says it is "COOL ICE SILK FABRIC." But per the label (which I translated from Mandarin with Google Translate), it is made out of 93% polyester and 7% spandex, which of course is not silk. Nowhere in the description does it say it is made out of a polyester and spandex blend.I bought these masks when they were 4 for $25.99. I see the price has now decreased to 4 for $20.99 for the solid masks. I also see they have since added to the same star rating, a bunch of patterned masks with logos (some of which say Stop Coronavirus etc), since I bought the solid color masks in mid-late March 2020. The new logo masks are a somewhat different material with 100% polyester per the description and a more traditional gaiter design without the ear holes. But if you are buying this mask to protect you from COVID-19, per this NPR article from 4/03/20 (Coronavirus FAQs: Is A Homemade Mask Effective? And What's The Best Way To Wear One?)--this is the wrong material mask. The article cites a Dr. Daniel Griffin, at Columbia University, an expert on infectious diseases. Griffin says the best material to use is a tight-weave cotton. "Don't use a synthetic or a polyester because they've looked at the virus's ability to survive on surfaces, and spandex is the worst," he says.I think if the material was cotton with more material at the top, maybe with a bendable nose piece, it would be more breathable. Also if it was 2 cotton layers, it would provide additional protection from COVID-19 (although of course, not as good as a disposable surgical mask and definitely much less than a N95 mask). I would buy that design. However, maybe someone with bigger and better lungs would be able to wear these masks without problems. Some of the older reviews really liked these masks so it really depends on the person. I believe skiers wear masks with a similar polyester/spandex blend in the cold all of the time and they seem to tolerate it. But if you just want a mask to fulfill the new pandemic requirements to wear face coverings in public, this could work with all the above caveats. And I must say the new mask designs (that I did not buy) have a lot of personality.I contacted the seller who was very gracious so I increased my star rating to 3 stars.

hard to breathe
Nice but not as breathable as cotton. Fabric sucks into nose and mouth, with air. The paper masks are easiest to breathe.

Decent quality
Not nearly as loose as shown in the picture. But still decent quality. It is a little looser than a regular neck gaiter though.

Nice. I liked it.
It’s nice and useful. You can wear a regular mask and then you can use this to cover it. Looks nice.

It’s not cotton or breathable
First of all, I use this to protect myself from getting infected (virus), I wear this in public places. I rieder use this instead of a mask, I don’t have to worry about forgetting it at home or misplacing it, it’s in my neck all the time, it’s so easy to put on and off. I like the idea that the neck is wider at the bottom and protect my neck from the sun, it’s definitely better than other neck gaiters. Also like the colors selection. Now, the negative side of this is that, it is not cotton, the face is a little narrow or too tight, the fabric is very thin and chip and I don’t believe it has Uv protection as it’s advertising, I don’t know how much sun protection it has. It’s really hard to breathe even though the fabric is thin. I don’t recommend this. I would buy it again if the owner change the fabric to cotton and improve the quality. Make it with cotton, uv protection, breathable, wider in the face, keep the neck as it is, keep the solid colors and VIOLA! I guarantee you that you will make $$$$$Don’t lie to us (the customers) we know when something is a good quality or cheap!

Useless
This is completely useless. It doesn't stay on your ears and it is extremely uncomfortable on your nose. Definitely not usable at all.

Useful & pretty
Excellent. Pretty, lightweight; it stays put when drawn up over the nose & mouth, but also looks good as a scarf when rolled down.
