Hair Removal

I have been buying hair removers for over ten years now. The others always leave my face broken out, and they pinch my skin. This is the ONLY facial hair remover that didn’t leave my face broken out, and it didn’t pinch me either. I have dark facial hair, and PCOS, so my facial hair is thick and stubborn and I didn’t have any trouble removing my upper lip hair at all. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat! Oh! And it also runs on a double A battery, most run on triple A and nobody keeps those in their home so that’s a huge added bonus!

My poor son has acne, which makes shaving his chinny chin chin difficult with a razor. I bought a foil shaver and a body groomer. His chin hair(s) is too fine and the tools are difficult to maneuver around the acne.I don’t know why I didn’t think of this soon! This shaver is perfect! It’s about the size of a lipstick container. It gives a close shave as well. I tried it on my arm hair to see if it hurt or yanked the hair, before I gave it to my son. His chin hairs look like Shaggy from Scooby Doo, and are very, very fine. Other razors don’t affect the chin hair(s). Completely painless! Also dangerous; it’s very fun to use and maybe I went overboard...My son was thrilled and he was able to do his first, real shave! He loves it! I am very happy with the quality and effectiveness of the shaver. I would absolutely recommend this for teens and teens with acne, facial hair, anything really. I just wanted to put the idea out there for the other Complex Shavers out there.

Listen ladies: this might be mistaken for something else in our night stands, but make no mistake: this is only for your face lol.I tried this last night and was pleasantly surprised how well it worked for removal of the hair on my upper lip and eyebrow area. It made easy cuts without any pain. It also didn’t leave any irritation on my skin, which was nice because I’ve had other trimmers irritate my skin.Even though it’s not advertised, I tried this on my bikini area and armpits. This didn’t work as well for those, so if you’re looking for an all in one trimmer, this probably isn’t the one for you. However, if you want something that will painlessly remove hair from your face, this works like a dream.Some other things I like about it are the color and how it unscrews to take up less space. That makes it easy to pack in a suitcase for travel. It’s very lightweight and quiet.I also like how quickly it works. I didn’t have to go over the same area over and over again to get it to work. One or two quick passes and I was done. I love that. As far as hair regrowth afterwards, I didn’t notice any sort of increase or decrease. Hair will grow back at the same pace as it did before, but this just makes it easier to remove it.Thanks for reading my review. I hope I helped you in your decision making process. I bought this mainly to get rid of the fine hairs on my upper lip, chin and in between my eyebrows. This device is perfect for these areas. SO fast and SO easy! I also wanted to see if it would work to remove the VERY fine hairs on my cheeks so my foundation would apply a bit smoother. I had to push down a tiny bit harder and go over the same areas a few times, but it was definitely an improvement. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and plan on using it regularly. Plus it looks sleek and stylish. I would not use this device for shaping the eyebrows as it's not precise enough, but I would recommend for the face! (Side note, I ordered this off my father's account so disregard the name. I'm a 23 year old female)

This is an excellent hair remover. I used it on my upper lip and it quickly and painlessly removed all the hair. I don’t recommend using it on your eyebrows because there is not enough room to make a full circular motion with the device while at the same time avoiding shaving off your whole brow! It does not come with a double A battery but one is required. It makes little noises when you turn it on, and the button can accidentally be pressed while in its case. But that is not super likely. It gets warm as you use it but that is normal and there is absolutely no pain! It is super gentle and effective. It looks nice and feminine, it’s not as small as a lipstick but it has the same style, and if you take off the sticker it has no writing on it so most people won’t know what it does. I appreciate that small amount of discretion. It comes with a little brush to wipe out the hair, so that makes cleaning easier.

I really wasn't sure about this one but decided to try it based on the reviews.I'm glad I did! :)It's small enough to carry discreetly in your purse (about mascara sized), the cover & even the shaver itself are actually very pretty, & it really does a great job too! :)It's a shaver so you're not going to get as smooth as with an epilator, but it's a close shave with no irritation & can handle really coarse hair without a problem.I tested it on facial peach fuzz, arm hair, & leg hair & it handled it all just fine.It's easy to clean; just twist the blade cover off & use the included brush to dust out the hair.It doesn't get hot or slow down, even after several minutes of use. You may notice a change in the sound though. If so, it just means you need to stop to clean it out & then can continue without issues.My only issue is that it's a bit challenging to get to cover off to use it. You push the silver button up top but it doesn't just release the shaver. You have to shake it a bit or try to grab onto the tiny bit of shaver exposed to pull it out. I'm sure it will get easier over time but, at first, you may find yourself using some colorful language as you try to figure out how to get to the actual shaver.Overall, it's a great product that I'd definitely recommend. :)
