So I moved far from my home town and discovered that other places lack the foods and sauces and wild wonderful bold flavors that I'm so used to. I had to jump online and do my best to find some Chicago style mild sauce. It's not hot sauce, not barbecue sauce, not ketchup, it's mild sauce and you have to purchase a bottle to understand why I need it in my life. Sweet but tangy, I eat it on fries, chicken, burgers, fried mushrooms, fried okra, fried calamari, basically anything fried or made on the grill or stove top, I mean I even eat it on my fish sometimes. You can't go wrong with mild sauce.

This was the first time I tasted this sauce, I have always ate Harold's chicken with salt,pepper and ketchup. I will continue to eat it that way. This sauce is good but much to sweet for my taste.

I was born and raised on the south side, and have lived all around the globe. I usually have my mom send me mild sauce in the mail but this time I could get a gallon for the price of a bottle. This is authentic mild sauce and I love it.
